if an item is obtained damaged or has been incorrectly shipped with the aid of
us. Your order could be considered as successfully fulfilled with no problems
if no try has been made to contact our Returns branch within 7 days.
Only returns with a manufacturing
defect are eligible, within a period of 7 days upon receiving your product. No
other form of returns is eligible. Issues such as abuse, wear, and tear,
exposure to heat and humidity, are not eligible. A replacement item will be
shipped if applicable, for return. Please contact us immediately at
[email protected] if an item is incorrectly shipped by us.
E Liquids
Due to hygiene reasons, we are not
able to accept returns of any e Liquids whether it is unopened, unused or
remain sealed unless we have sent you incorrect e-Liquid in your order. We do
this to prevent tampering with our product and protect you - the end user.
On the off chance that something
isn't right, if you don't mind let us know! We need to ensure you are content
with our Vape Spring.
E liquids - If you are not
completely satisfied, send us an email to [email protected] and we will
see if there is anything we can do to address the issue.
If returning an e-liquid is due to
an error on our side in picking your e-Liquid, then only we the compensate
postage cost of returns by adding e-Liquid to the same value or more.
The customer is responsible for
covering the initial cost of the return postage until we reimburse as defined
above.
You can only cancel your order
before your order has been marked as ready for fulfillment or shipping. Please
note that we cannot cancel any orders once they have been shipped from our
warehouse and has been delivered to you.
No cancellations are entertained for
those products that the website "www.vapespring.com" provide on
special events like Festival's or Valentine’s Day, etc. These are restricted
event offers and consequently cancellations are not feasible.
No cancellations or refund is
offered if someone under the legal age as per their country, state and province
